WSOP is coming!

Hello! Another few weeks of grind. The WSOP Online is coming, which makes me very happy, but with my current state of bankroll I won’t be able to fight for the bracelet much. Yesterday I launched a Opener for $ 100, but that would be enough madness and deviations from BRM for the near future. Of course, I will play some satellites as well. We have a whole month of action ahead of us. I hope I can get something off this cake.

Still nothing

In details … It’s a bit depressing when you put in a $ 24k roll and then drop back to $ 2k … Which proves that BRM is still too agro. We are talking about the month of the game. A bit on the stream, a bit in the normal session … I’m sticking to the assumptions, but here ant there – the turbo for $ 55, another extra freez during the session … And it turns out that you are doing a big slide again … From these 2k I bounced to 6k, so I’m already leaving the crisis zone, but there is still a slight disgust … And naturally I start double-checking my game. Ie. I’m starting to play too scarry or too loose because I want to score. I’ve already gone through each of these phases, so it’s easier for me to consciously recognize these states. But as long as I keep my balance and can make a few solid folds and bigger bluffs in each session, it’s okay.

Edge

We all think we have an edge. We’re all winning players, so who donates money to the ecosystem? So exactly … I am reminded at this point of a question from one of the poker journalists in an interview with me some time ago: “What are your strengths in poker?” A moment of my reflection and the editor’s laugh, because it turns out that we all think we’re awesome and no one can say exactly in what areas. That’s what our ego is like …. So with all of these struggles, I’ve been paying attention more and more to where my edge is? How am I better in relation to the population at the stakes I currently play at? What mistakes are my opponents making? How well can I take advantage of their weaknesses? How often do I manage to exploit my opponent’s strategy perfectly? How often do I see big mistakes in my opponents?
I am calm when I pay attention to all these things. There are plenty of recreational players making a lot of mistakes in low-mid games. Seeing it every day, I know that I only need patience and reliability … and less gamble πŸ™‚
Shit will change.
